Title: Brandon Mismash, Special Permit Record Number PLN-12914-SP Assessor's Parcel Number: 108-121-019. The generator will be housed in a shed and kept in secondary containment. The applicant will be transitioning to solar energy. The project also involves a Special Permit for setback reduction to the King Range National Conservation Area.

Recommendation

Find that the Zoning Administrator has considered the Addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Medical Marijuana Land Use Ordinance pursuant to Section 15164 of the State CEQA Guidelines, make all of the required findings for approval and adopt the Resolution approving the proposed Brandon Mismash project subject to the recommended conditions.
