1. Adopt the Resolution and direct the Clerk of the Board to mail a certified copy of the Resolution to Katie Strouse, Executive Director, Willow Creek Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 704, Willow Creek, CA 95573.

Willow Creek is holding their annual Bigfoot Daze Parade on Saturday, September 4, 2021 beginning at 8:00 am. The Bigfoot Daze Committee has asked for a resolution to be adopted supporting their celebration which will be used to apply for an encroachment permit from Caltrans.
