Recommendation
The Zoning Administrator will consider that the project is Categorical Exemption, Class I, continuation of an existing use where no expansion of the use is proposed, per §15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines, make all of the required findings for approval of the Renewal of the Conditional Use Permit, Surface Mining Permit, and Reclamation Plan based on evidence in the staff report, and adopt the Resolution approving the Mercer Fraser Company - Bridgeville Quarry project subject to the recommended conditions.
