That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Appoint Kurt McCray to the Forest Review Committee to fill the At Large Member Vacancy.

DISCUSSION:
There has been an At-Large vacancy on the Forest Review Commission for several years. This vacancy was originally posted in June 2017 and has been noted on every quarterly update from the Clerk of the Boards office for vacancies. Supervisor Bass would like to recommend the appointment of Kurt McCray to that At-Large position to fill the remainder of the term with a new end date of June 30, 2022. Ex Officio, Trevor Estlow, from the Planning and Building Department who oversees this committee also recommends and supports this appointment. Mr. McCray has served on this Committee prior and is a Cal Fire representative.
