1. Support local grocers efforts to secure recertification of recycling centers in Humboldt County.

DISCUSSION:
We support our locally owned grocers and their request to CalRecycle to recertify our local recycling centers and allow CRV redemption on an appointment basis until a longer term more viable solution can be found.
