That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Appoint Cyndy Day-Wilson, Dustin Owens and Steven Loreus to the 2021 At Large members of the Law Library Board of Trustees.

DISCUSSION:
On January 5, 2021, the Board of Supervisors was notified of vacancies on the Law Library Board of Trustees. Supervisor Wilson would like to appoint Cyndy Day-Wilson, Dustin Owens and Steven Loreus to the At Large member positions with a new term end date of December 31, 2021.
Attached please find a letter from the Humboldt County Law Library Board of Trustees dated January 1. 2021 asking for reappointments and a letter from the Humboldt County Bar Association dated January 5. 2021 supporting the reappointments.
