Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Appoint Mark Moore, Lane Russ, Gary Belli and Christine Manhart to the HCRCD.

DISCUSSION:
On October 23, 2020, the Clerk of the Board’s office received notification that Mark Moore. Lane Russ and Gary Belli would term out of their current position on the HCRCD on November 30, 2020. Further, Gary Markegard resigned from his position as of that term expiration. In compliance with the Maddy Act, the vacancies were posted and per the Boards Protocol for the Board of Supervisors appointments, the Board was notified on the December 15, 2020 meeting.
The Board of Supervisors office received a letter from the HCRCD Board recommending the reappointments of Director Moore, Director Belli and Director Russ. The HCRCD Executive Director, Jill Demers, also recommended the appointment of Christine Manhart to the vacant seat. These letters are attached.
Supervisor Bass is now recommending that these appointments be filled.
