Recommendation

Adopt the Resolution to make all of the required findings and recommend that the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors find that the proposed ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15050(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3)and statutorily exempt from CEQA pursuant Sections 21080.5 and 21080.9 of the Public Resources Code and 15265 of the State CEQA Guidelines; and that the Board of Supervisors adopt the Industrial Hemp Zoning Ordinances.
