Recommendation

Find the project exempt from environmental review pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15270, make the finding that the applicant has failed to demonstrate that the impacts of the proposed project would not be detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare, and therefore the required findings for approval cannot be made, and adopt the Resolution denying the proposed Lost Boys Farms, LLC project.
