DISCUSSION:
The Business License Ordinance ('Ordinance') was outdated and in need of being amended to reflect current requirements, practices, and procedures. Ordinance strikes out all outdated information and underlines all additions to reflect current business license requirements, practices, and procedures.

The amended Ordinance also strikes out fees associated with business licensing and refers readers to the county fee schedule to ensure accuracy of those fees as cost recovery requirements change in the future.
