Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Appoint a Member and Alternate to the CSAC Board of Directors; and direct the Clerk of the Board to notify Korina Jones at CSAC, 1100 K Street, Suite #101, Sacramento, CA 95814, of the appointments.

DISCUSSION:
Members and Alternates to the Board of Directors of CSAC are appointed by their respective Board of Supervisors to one-year terms, commencing with the first day of the CSAC Annual Conference. This year’s conference is being held virtually with the first meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2020.
CSAC Board of Directors holds its first meeting of each year at the association’s annual conference, and it is important that each member county have its newly appointed board representatives at this first meeting.
