That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Appoint Supervisor Madrone to serve on the Fire Services Ad Hoc replacing Supervisor Wilson.

DISCUSSION:
Supervisor Wilson and Supervisor Fennell currently serve on the Fire Services Ad Hoc. This group is tasked with making recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding fire service funding options. As conditions change throughout Humboldt County and within individual Board Member Districts, Supervisor Madrone has requested the Board revisit the appointments on the Fire Services Ad Hoc. In this effort, Supervisor Wilson has graciously agreed to step down from the Fire Services Ad Hoc to allow for the appointment of Supervisor Madrone.
