Recommendation

Move to find the project exempt per Sections 15315 and 15183 of the CEQA Guidelines, make all of the required findings for approval of the Parcel Map Subdivision and Special Permit, including the exception request to eliminate the sidewalk requirement, based on evidence in the staff report and public testimony, and adopt the Resolution approving the Garrelts project subject to the recommended conditions.
