Recommendation

Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and make all of the required findings for approval of the Final Map Subdivision, including the exception request to allow a reduced right-of-way, based on evidence in the staff report, and adopt the resolution approving the Parks project subject to the recommended conditions.
