RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Consider continuing the modified Board of Supervisors meeting schedule of twice a month meeting format through August 2020;
2. Direct staff to bring back an agenda item on June 16th with the proposed dates; and
3. Take other appropriate action as required.

DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors modified their meeting schedule during the COVID-19 pandemic to adhere to social distancing requirements and comply with the Governor’s stay-in-place order. This modified schedule has allowed for more compact and efficient meetings. Therefore, Supervisor Wilson would like the Board of Supervisors to consider maintaining this twice a month meeting schedule through August 2020.
