DISCUSSION:
Supervisor Fennell is announcing the appointment of Ronnie Pellegrini to the Humboldt County Planning Commission representing District 2. Ms. Pellegrini will be filling the position vacated by Bob Morris.
Ronnie will be a wonderful addition to the Commission. She has a wealth of experience, having served on the Harbor Commission for several terms. She has a strong background in coalition building. Ronnie is from a fourth generation fishing family and she was a founder of the West Coast Fisherman’s Alliance, a Board Member of the Pacific Marine Conservation Council and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and was a Natural Resources Coordinator as a Congressional Aide.
