1. Appoint Kimberly Hintz to the Alderpoint County Water District.

DISCUSSION:
In December 2019, the Alderpoint County Water District had two resignations from their board. They were Theresa Craig and Georgia Hespen. A vacancy was posted. At that time the Board still had a quorum. In March 2020, Rosealee Crenshaw resigned due to an illness.
Government Code 1780c(2) provides that after sixty (60) sixty days of a vacancy occurring on a Special District Board, the Board of Supervisors can appoint a member. The Alderpoint County Water District has asked that the Board of Supervisors appoint Kimberly Hintz.
