DISCUSSION:
Each year the Human Rights Commission makes recommendations for granting funds to agencies and organizations requesting funding for projects that work to eliminate Human Trafficking in our community. This year, the Human Rights Commission received four applications through the Humboldt Area Foundation and is recommending three of those applications for funding.
