1. Appoint Darla McGrath and David Iversen to the Fortuna Cemetery District Board.

DISCUSSION:
The Fortuna Cemetery District has two vacancies on their Board. Supervisor Estelle Fennell is recommending the appointment of both Darla McGrath and Davis Iversen. Their appointment would be for a four-year term and would expire on March 10, 2024.
