That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Modify the Board Meeting Schedule for Calendar Year 2020 by cancelling the May 12 meeting.

DISCUSSION:
On Nov. 5, 2019 your Board adopted the Board meeting schedule for calendar year 2020. While scheduling meetings a year in advance can prevent scheduling conflicts, from time to time important meetings and events come to staff’s attention that may require your Board to make adjustments to the meeting schedule throughout the year.
The week of May 11, the National Association of Counties is hosting the Western Interstate Region conference in Mariposa County. Board members will be attending this conference. Therefore, staff recommends cancelling the May 12 Board meeting. There are scheduled Board meetings on May 5 and 19.
