DISCUSSION:
A vacancy is occurring on the Humboldt County Headwaters Fund Board due to the term limit of Mr. Greg Seiler.
A vacancy has been posted and applications are being accepted by the Clerk of the Boards Office. The Board of Supervisors has a Headwaters Fund Subcommittee of which Supervisors Wilson and Bass are members. This subcommittee typically meets to review applications and conduct interviews of the applicants. After this process is complete, an agenda item will be brought forth with recommendations for consideration to make the appointment to fill the vacancy.
The next Headwaters Fund Board meeting is scheduled for March 10, 2020 and the following would be April 14, 2020.
