Recommendation

Find that the project is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines, make all of the required findings for approval of the Conditional Use Permit  and Coastal Development Permit based on evidence in the staff report and adopt the Resolution approving the Humboldt Emerald Triangle, LLC, Conditional Use Permit and Coastal Development Permit as recommended by staff subject to the recommended conditions.
