RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Appoint two at-large members to the Law Library Board; and
2. Appoint an ex officio to the Law Library Board.

DISCUSSION:
On January 7, 2020 the Board of Supervisors were notified that there were three (3) vacancies on the Humboldt County Law Library Board of Trustees. These are annual appointments. One (1) seat is an ex-officio member typically filled by the Chair or appointed by the Board and two (2) are at large members.
To date, there have been four (4) applications received by the Clerk of the Boards Office. They include Cyndy Day-Wilson, Dustin Owens, Marek Reavis and Steven Loreus. Our office has also received letters of support from the Law Library staff recommending Cyndy Day-Wilson, Dustin Owens and Steven Loreus.
