Processing occurs on-site in an existing 1,200 square foot building and will potentially be moved off-site when commercial processing options become more widely available. Electricity is sourced from an on-site solar system with generator for emergency backup only.
Recommendation
Find that the Planning Commission has considered the Addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration adopted for the Commercial Medical Marijuana Land Use Ordinance, make all of the required findings for approval of the Conditional Use Permit based on evidence in the staff report and adopt the Resolution approving the proposed Specialty Solutions, LLC Conditional Use Permit subject to the recommended conditions.
