Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Designate Supervisor Leonard Moty from Shasta County or another Group 2 County representative to fill the open seat on the County Medical Services Governing Board, and direct the Clerk of the Board to return the Official Ballot to Shaw, Yoder, Antwih, Schmetzer and Lange, 1415 L Street, Suite 1000, Sacramento, CA 95814.

DISCUSSION:
Shaw, Yoder, Antwih, Schmetzer and Lange has been directed by CMSP to conduct an election on behalf of the County Medical Services Program Governing Board to fill the seat of Group 2 Counties Representing for term starting January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2022. The Board of Supervisors needs to complete and return an Official Ballot with their choice to fill the vacant seat.
