DISCUSSION:

At the April 1, 2014 Board of Supervisors meeting the Board approved the recommended protocol appointing members of the public to Boards, Committees and Commission.  Part of the new protocol established the requirement for a quarterly report on all current vacancies as well as any vacancies that are scheduled to occur within the months following the date of the agenda item.  The current and Scheduled vacancies are seen on Attachment 1.  Attachment 1 shows the current vacancies and projected vacancies through December 31, 2019.
