DISCUSSION:

A.W. Way County Memorial Park is tucked away in the Mattole Valley between Petrolia and Honeydew.  This year the park celebrates its 50^th Anniversary and the Board of Supervisors would like to recognize this day with a Proclamation. The Mattole Valley Women’s Club have worked tirelessly to procure an American Flag that was flown over the United States Capitol in Washington D.C. and this flag will be raised for the first time to coincide with the park’s community recognition on Wednesday, October 16^th at 10:00am.
