DISCUSSION:
The Sheriff’s Office of Emergency Services has asked the Board of Supervisors to bring forth this proclamation highlighting education and awareness as being fundamental to saving lives in earthquakes. The Great California SHAKE OUT is a statewide DROP, COVER and HOLD ON drill that will be held at 10:17 a.m. on October 17, 2019.
