Recommendation

Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and make the required findings for approval of the Parcel Map Subdivision, including the exception request to allow a reduced right-of-way based on evidence in the staff report, and adopt the Resolution approving the Furtado project subject to the recommended conditions.
