Supervisor Wilson is announcing his appointment of Martha Spencer to the Williamson Act Advisory Committee representing the third district. Mrs. Spencer is filling the vacancy left by John LaBoyteaux whose term expired on June 30, 2019. Mrs. Spencer’s term will expire on June 30, 2023.
