DISCUSSION:
Humboldt Open Door Community Health Center’s is applying for funding to the HRSA for a Service Area Competition grant and is requesting support from the Board of Supervisors for their application. Open Door is the single largest provider of primary medical, dental and behavioral health care, including significant substance use disorder services in Humboldt County and has always been a collaborative partner seeking ways to address the demands for quality care in our large rural community.
