The Human Rights Commission (HRC) is formed by three appointed members from all five Supervisorial Districts. Supervisors Virginia Bass is announcing her appointment of Eddie Morgan to fill a vacancy on the HRC representing District Four. Mr. Morgan would serve a four-year term ending on July 23, 2023.
