DISCUSSION:
The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors wishes to honor the life and service of Army Sgt. 1st Class Elden C. Justus who was lost in battle during the Korean War. Army Sgt. Justus’s remains have been located and identified and are now being returned to his family for internment, more than 69 years after he went missing.
