1. Adopt the Resolution and direct the Clerk of the Board to return a fully executed copy of the Resolution to Humboldt Redwood Marathon, P.O. Box 4989, Arcata, Ca. 95518.

The Six Rivers Running Club is planning their annual Humboldt Redwoods Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K on October 13, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Resolution authorizing road closures for the marathon is the first step in their permitting process.
