DISCUSSION:
The Rail Runners of Humboldt Bay has requested support for the introduction of rail bicycling on the North Coast Railroad Authority (NCRA) right-of-way in the Humboldt Bay area, and is asking the Board of Supervisors to send a letter to the NCRA in support of this popular form of recreation.
