DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors honored the Soroptimist International of Arcata 2019 award winners with Certificates of Recognition which were presented at the Soroptimist International of Arcata Awards event on April 18, 2019. The winners are Nina Crossen (First Place), awarded the Cynthia Schwenson Scholarship Award; Keitlin Arbelaez (Second Place), awarded the Cynthia Schwenson Scholarship Award; Angela Forslund, awarded the Live Your Dream Award; and Alisia Sanchez, awarded the Violet Richardson Award.
