Recommendation

Adopt the Negative Declaration and make all of the required findings for approval of the Parcel Map Subdivision, including the requested exception to the minimum lot size and right-of-way width, based on evidence in the staff report and public testimony, and adopt the Resolution approving the Pastori project subject to the recommended conditions.
