DISCUSSION:
The Humboldt County Literacy Project would like the Board of Supervisors to proclaim May as Adult Literacy Awareness Month in Humboldt County. Since 1985, the Humboldt Literacy Project has been assisting the people of Humboldt County increase their skills and achieve greater success in their lives through literacy. The Board would like to thank the volunteers, tutors, and learners for their continued efforts. The Humboldt Literacy Project is holding their annual fundraiser, the Trivia Challenge, on May 2, 2019.
