1.                     Consider filling the vacancy for the At-Large member on the MMAC.

DISCUSSION:

At the March 26, 2019 Board of Supervisors meeting, an item was included noting a vacancy on the McKinleyville Advisory Committee.  This vacancy was due to the resignation of At-Large member Ben Shepherd.  A vacancy was posted, and applications were accepted. This appointment will fill the remaining term with a date ending Aug 21, 2020.
