1. Review the attached set of Rules of the Board of Supervisors and make modifications where appropriate.

DISCUSSION:
In order to provide for the efficient handling of the public’s business in Board meetings, the Board of Supervisors adopted rules and procedures for conducting meetings. As such, the Board annually reviews their rules and procedures and makes periodic modifications to continually improve upon public process during Board meetings.
