DISCUSSION:
A vacancy is occurring on the Humboldt County Headwaters Fund Board due to the term limit of Mr. Edward Webb. Mr. Webb served on the Headwaters Fund Board from February 2011 through February 2019.
The vacancy has been posted and applications for appointment are being accepted by the Clerk of the Board’s office. The Board of Supervisors has a Headwaters Fund Subcommittee of which Supervisor Wilson and Supervisor Madrone are members. This subcommittee typically meets to review and conduct interviews of the applications received. After this process is complete, an agenda item will be brought forth with a recommendation.
The next Headwaters Fund Board meeting is scheduled for Feb. 19, 2019 and the following would be March 12, 2019.
