1. Consider making the appointment to the At-Large position on the Planning Commission.

DISCUSSION:
At the December 4, 2018 Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board was notified that there was an At-Large vacancy on the Humboldt County Planning Commission due to the resignation of Dave Edmonds. The Board made a motion to bring this item back to the December 18, 2018 meeting to consider making the appointment. At the December 18, 2018 meeting, the Board made a motion to continue the appointment to date certain of January 15, 2019 at which time the At-Large member would be appointed to fill the remainder of the term expiring in January 31, 2019 and the following four-year term with an expiration date of January 31, 2023.
