All County funds.

DISCUSSION:
Each year the governing body of the county shall, by resolution, establish its appropriation limit and make other necessary determinations pursuant to Article XIIIB of the California Constitution and Division 9 of Title 1 of the California Government Code. California Government Code Section 7910 requires that the documentation used in establishing the appropriation limit be available for public inspection fifteen (15) days prior to the adoption of the resolution by the Board of Supervisors. The Clerk of the Board published notice on or before November 19, 2018, that this documentation is available for inspection at the Office of the County Auditor-Controller. The summary worksheets calculating the fiscal year 2018-2019 appropriation limit are attached and titled "Attachment A." As the documentation supports the recommended appropriation limit and has been available for the requisite public inspection period and adequate public notice of the location for inspection has been given, the Board of Supervisors may adopt the attached resolution.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Adoption of the attached resolution will not financially impact the county. The county's adjusted appropriations subject to the limit for fiscal year 2018-2019 are $104 million below its calculated appropriation limit.

The recommended action supports the Board of Supervisors' Strategic Framework by managing county resources to ensure sustainability of services.

OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
