RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors reappoint James Renner and Daniel Cohoon to an additional term and appoint Sandra Dale as a new member.

DISCUSSION:
On November 6, 2018 the Board of Supervisors were notified that there were three (3) vacancies on the Humboldt County Resource Conservation District Board. The Board has received notification from Board members James Renner and Daniel Cohoon that they would both like to continuing serving. Mr. Renner and Mr. Cohoon would have a new term expiration of November 2022. Letters dated October 15, 2018 and October 16, 2018 from HCRCD are attached. Letters reappointing both members are also included.
The HCRCD has received one new application and are recommending Sandra Dale to be appointed to the vacant seat resulting from Hugo Klopper’s resignation. HCRCD letter of support dated October 22, 2018 is attached. Sandra’s application and resume are also included. Sandra’s expiration date would be November 2022.
