DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors have been notified that Mr. Hugo Klopper has resigned from the Humboldt County Resource Conservation District (HCRCD). Mr. Klopper was appointed in 2013 and resigned on October 22, 2018. The Board would like to thank Mr. Klopper for his service with a letter of appreciation.
