RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt Ordinance No. _________, relating to Section 25350.60 of the Government Code, which provides that the Board of Supervisors may, by ordinance, authorize a county officer to perform any or all acts necessary to approve and accept for the county the acquisition of any interest in real property.

DISCUSSION:
On September 4, 2018, your Board introduced the above ordinance for adoption with a directive to the Clerk of the Board to publish a pre-adoption summary of the ordinance and set the ordinance for adoption at least one week away. This action completes adoption of the ordinance and will result in publication of the post adoption summary.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no impact on the General Fund.
