RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive and accept the recommended contract amendments to the executed agreement for the prequalification list for architectural design and project management services for Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance Project; authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the amendment to the professional services agreements with the pre-qualified architectural design firms providing consulting services for construction projects related to the Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance Project; and Increase the maximum amount payable by county for services rendered, and expenses incurred, pursuant to the terms and conditions of project specific Task Orders issued under the original agreement for a maximum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars (200,000.00) per agreement to a maximum of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) for Attachment 2, Attachment 3, and Attachment 4, and a maximum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) for Attachment 5.
