RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Commissary Services Agreement with Keefe Commissary Network, L.L.C, (Attachment 1) for the period of August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2023 to provide food and other related commissary items and services to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility (HCCF) inmates; and authorize the Chairperson to execute three (3) originals of the agreement and any modifications, amendments or extensions for the duration of the agreement.
