That the Board of Supervisors reappoint Yana Valachovic and Chris Carroll to the Humboldt County Forestry Review Committee as the At-Large members.

DISCUSSION:
On July 10, 2018, the Board of Supervisors were notified by Agenda Item that two At Large vacancies occurred on June 30, 2018 on the Forestry Review Committee due to a term expiration of members Yana Valachovic and Chris Carroll. A vacancy was posted. Both members would like to continue to serve on this committee. Supervisor Bohn is reappointing both Yana and Chris to a new term expiring on June 30, 2022
