That the Board of Supervisors appoint Larry Oetker to the Humboldt County Oversight Board as the Public At-Large member.

DISCUSSION:
On July 10, 2018, the Board of Supervisors were notified by Agenda Item that an At-Large member vacancy was available for the newly consolidated formation of the Humboldt County Redevelopment Oversight Board. A public notice for the appointment was posted and applications were accepted. Mr. Larry Oetker was the only application received to date.
Supervisor Mile Wilson recommends appointing Larry Oetker as the At large member. Larry’s application is attached.
